This is more promising progress internationally.  The link with Diamond Age to bid to the US marines looks to be the standout news here.  The chances of big US DoD orders are improved greatly if the bidders have a US partner.  XTE expect to hear back from the Finland evaluation in this quarter - hopefully that will be positive.  This announcement reinforces how lengthy military procurement evaluations can be, but that is how the process goes.
