In theory you can by ords on market with a good 1 or so million units available under 5 cents but for those want more it can be hard to buy a larger holding. Hence option holders been screwed over with this latest placement.

We are less than a month away from option expiry I doubt very much we are going to get near 15 cents in the next few weeks. If the blue chips have been hammered in this latest market correction a minnow like oex has no chance unless management changes which could re-rate the company.
