I know people who live in that part of Canada. I also have qualifications to understand temperature.
-20 may be extreme for Queensland but it is Not unexpected for winter in that area. Again, I do understand it does not make it safe or even possible for work to becarried out ....
BUT ... AGAIN, did they not know the range of local weather variations when they said; "ALL'" weather? -20 IS WITHIN what should NORMALLY be expected outside average temperature for that time/area.
So, did they not know that? If yes then they are in the wrong position feeding off SHs ... and if they did, they were BS-ing, insulting, disrespecting us and taking us for granted.
Mate, over the last nealy 2-3 decades in this game, every single company I lost money on shared the one thing in common; "The BOD not knowing or pretending to know what they are doing, and feeding SHs BS announcements". Correction, they knew exactly what they were doing ... they knew where THEIR pocket was!!! Who do I blame for the loss though? Me giving them benefit of the doubt!!!!!
