The point is being missed. I do understand the impact of weather conditions and that is expected .. normally!
HOWEVER ... the point I am making is their lack of respect for SHs with the method/content (or there lack of) communication, telling us they would work through winter and then tell us they couldn't, reflects they either tried to fool us then or they did not know jack sheeet about local weather conditions.
The point is being missed. I do understand the impact of weather...
