I don't think it is 'game over' in the medium term. Can't see much prospect in the short term. Why do I think there is a possibility medium term.
1. Well, as we all know, what the Government is proposing is comedy at its best;
2. I don't think this guy will be able to raise the money to develop the mine;
3. SMLOLA has made there thoughts very well known. I would be very surprised if this changes - RTG should keep supporting them.
The unfortunate thing is, this will get real messy for many locals (hopefully not)
