This is the elephant in the room that we need to address set aside Uruguay. Why the F are we still paying DC and others so much in nominal value salaries. If I have my way they should be all fired. If these bunch of cronies of board of directors want to keep them fine, at lease reduce it by half. Tie their performance to share bonuses. For Christ sake make them work for it. Earn it like all of us. F$&@wits!
