so whats new ?? a good headline ! old public news IMO MED has offered new board ,end axis loans etc i can give another example a ASX mining junior company lent $25 mill to a /0 seas entity and will never be repaid .. without shareholder approval etc .. i dont see the big beat up of this, many loans are done in companies from entities to entities??
