What is the point of Arbitration when HCL refuses to pay. The last Arbitration award in August 2013 still hasn't been paid.
I agree, IRL management waste a lot of time trying to recover money from HCL. Should do it the Indian way with baseball bats or cricket bats. I know a loan shark in Thailand who uses the above gadgets when he is not paid his 20% interest weekly.
