If we haven't heard, then doesn't that suggest the worst? If there was some "good news" with regard this matter, wouldn't it have been announced by now? And if it was settled, in a way which is bad for NuSep, then history would suggest we'd get a "details cannot be disclosed by request of Luye" announcement, further keeping us in the dark.

And where are the cheerleaders? Maybe they have to work harder now to come up with the money that's keeping the share price propped up and supporting the lifestyles of the infamous.

Or maybe, just maybe, they are so embarrassed about being duped, that they don't want to post anything here. I'd be pretty embarrassed if it were me.

Either which way, they are certainly looking like fools. As has been attributed to P. T Barnum, "A fool and his money are soon parted". With Mr Chiu having "invested" over $1m in the company, could one think he must be a fool if he did not do any investigation from external sources? If he's anything like Syd, then he only uses a single source for his information, the company.
