re: Ann: Update on Settlement for the Acquisi... As I read this, the original "$6m investment" requiring no cash from Luye and giving us no much needed cash, may cost us $4,726,643 that we don't have.
And then what? Does NuSep fold and Luye get the lot as a creditor? Oh, them and the directors with their loans.
And why did they wait until the closing day of the SPP to announce this? And wait until noon.
It looks to me like we might be at the end of NuSep as we know it. If you haven't sent your money yet, it looks to me like you'd be better holding off for a day or so.
