there's no guarantee what the shareholder's will receive or what option the company will take. But executives are now large shareholders so it's in their interest to make the most for shareholders. The company hasn't mentioned buying further assets so I imagine either it gets taken over or it sells all the assets remaining and returns cash to shareholders after winding the company up. But I'm speculating as the corporate strategy could change.
