Well once they sell the landfill that's the company, nothing left assuming the sell the US and UK assets.
It all comes down to the value they get for the rest of the company. Remember the NTA value was above 20 cents at the end of last financial year. So hopefully shareholders get somewhere north of that after this transaction is complete. The wind assets in the UK were sold for substantially more cash than was attributed to them in the NTA so a reasonable sale here and shareholders should do well from this price.
