Preferably the pragmatic posters can drown out the two extremes with a reasonable position - yes, let the team drill and hope for success, but let us also hold them accountable for the consistent schedule lapses. Take certain highly-rated individual's reiterative posts with a grain of salt when they spruik that management can do no wrong despite clear evidence to the contrary.
