re: Ann: Update on Retirement Village Acquisi... Also if you look at announcement made by MCX on 25 October 2013 on Acquistion, MCX had overnight revalued it to $13M and purchased it for under $7M. I sure vendors would of seen this and decided try and get out of contract to sell. Vendors are administrator of Becton Property. I hope vendor are forced to settle as per contract and hope there was no get out claus. Current market capital of MCX is under $1M.
