Is it because the doubters have heard a definitive statement - from the horses mouth - that DOWner is not required to top up any shortfalls in the RR deal? I assumed that was what it was but I don't exactly have my finger on Downer's pulse.
I'm just happy that I bought some more a while back when everyone was running around with their arms in the air about the RR thing.
