    Read between the lines "we tried everything we can to raise capital but no one is going to pay with the bloody loan hanging over us. Basically we are *ed unless our competitor forgives us $10m. We know this is not going to happen, but we don't want it to come as a complete surprise when we fold in a few weeks"
