Hi @phiar'n'greed thanks for the reminder about last years AGM and having a quick scope through my summary I'm pretty happy that everything that was conveyed has been achieved - for those shareholders that weren't onboard at the time I've attached the summary below:
Interesting AGM yesterday - the highlights as I saw them:
- AG & SB did not attend
- AGM chaired by Peter Wall
- Poor SH turnout
- All resolutions (2-9) carried with poll count dissent
- Duncan expansion completely off the cards - will remain at 1000kg capacity.
- Chemainis facility switch due to difficulties and additional unacceptable expenses wrt electricity connection.
- Chemainis facility fit-out to begin early next year with staged production coming on stream throughout the year.
- Gellpel sales are increasing
- CBW streaming deal dead
- Lucky Lake unlikely to go ahead anytime soon - reason's given isolated location & lack of access to labour force.
- MMJ to focus on becoming a complimentary investment vehicle however exact directions still to be flushed out, unlikely to be straight R&D more likely commercial - the growing assets of UG were separated from the R&D assets to keep pharmaceutical options separate from recreational (perceptions).
- MMJ investment in eSense mentioned however as it was a minor investment little emphasis given.
- Possibility of HO ASX listing in the future was mentioned
- HO to focus on production, oils were mentioned and ideally future co-production from HO facilities however not immediate focus.
