3 months it took from voting to actual legalisation of rec use. Why its because no one was legally allowed to grow rec weed and it takes about 3 months for a crop to mature. Hmmm are they legally allowed to grow rec weed 3 months ago? Was it ok to grow rec weed 3 months ago. I dont know. How do you explain tonnes of rec weed available by these top players if you are not allowed to grow it. Medical weed which was legal to grow has no stuff to get you high. Please explain. Lol
