Ann: Update on proposed delisting from ASX and listing on HKEx, page-9

Having re-read the waivers and exemptions granted by HKEx to Dragon in is latest listing application document, I've noticed that there is no clause in the document requiring Dragon to give notice to shareholders regarding the Hearing Date with the Listing Committee. In last year's document they were required to give us notice in advance of the Hearing Date. In the latest document, the three substantial shareholders have agreed not to deal in the shares on the ASX in the lead-up to the Hearing Date.
I'm still expecting the timetable in my above post will essentially be correct within a day or so.
I believe the actual Hearing Date with the HKEx Listing Committee will be tomorrow and if no adverse issues arise then Dragon will make an announcement tomorrow afternoon/evening with expected dates for the delisting from ASX(19June)and listing on HKEx(~4July).
I also believe that tomorrow will be the last day Dragon ever trades on the ASX as it will be suspended from COB(4:10pm).
Time will tell if I'm just dreaming all this as I do want this process to be successful this time around.
