There is still going to be the three month selling facility here (Morgans?) where you should be able to get your 35c equiv. - so I don't understand why anyone would sell at such a discount.
There was a seller for 200k at 20.5c when I made my last post but he changed his price to 27c after I posted.
You would need to get confirmation that the underwriting agreement has been agreed on before entering this market IMO.
