I asked the same question, in that today's announcement says "NuSep/PrIME approached", wreaking of desperation, as opposed to "NuSep was approached by" suggesting the negotiating high ground.

You also asked about how many of the 1%s have been taken up. If there had been even a single slot taken, wouldn't continuous disclosure dictate that it would HAVE TO BE announced? And if they were close to getting one, wouldn't they have announced it with today's announcement, if only to calm our fears or to otherwise induce us to going into the SPP?

As I mentioned in previous post, there's not a shred of good news here.

I am with you in hoping that the 2 company mouthpieces are more right than they have been to date. Unfortunately, the old Einstein quote is as relevant as ever, "Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results." Doesn't it feel like we have the same one trick ponies trying to convince us with the same old bag of shenanigans, trying to "reassure' us and telling us to "not look back" at the corpses they've left in their wakes??

Mine has paid a terrible price for SPP/SPOs in NSP over the last few years and the logic of the HC spruikers for the company just comes up so weak I can't possibly get myself to do it once more...not while the same bait n switch characters are lining their pockets at our expense. Don't you think, if the LOI falls over and there's no 1% takers, your money is going straight to their pockets?? Oh, and to their SMSFs, which have loaded up on 12%-15% loans, not shares.
