I really don't know but I will take a stab at it.
I reckon that there is probably 1.5 months before we get the legislation passed and then we can apply for the permit which, I reckon, will take a month as they will be feeling their way through the new legislation.
That makes it 2.5 months before we have the permit in our sweaty little hands. This I feel is a best case scenario.
I remember at Chanape we waited for weeks after it was approved just for the minister to sign the bloody thing and, in the meanwhile, the money in the kitty is being eroded away by the day to day running costs of the company
I hope I am wrong on this but I will be surprised if I am.
