I've only been a holder since middle of last year after I did research on INCA and they were very appealing to me. If the Peruvian government want to make serious money in their mining economy and help their people with prosperity then I doubt the public in Peru will have more opinions as they would want to benefit from the changes in Peruvian government legislation to mining. (IMO)
