”Subject to any further updates by the company, that may be required based on future movements in the cryptocurrency market and the resulting value of PNT and ETH, the Company hereby reconfirms....”
There are no guarantees that Penta will be around in 6 months and certainly no guarantees that CPP will ever see the $561k.
It may well have been a ‘Strategic’ placement. Just looks to have been a poor strategy.
