I suspect that it's still in suspension because there are a growing number of people who believe (with good reason) that BHD's directors are not operating the company in the interest of its shareholders. ASX have a duty to protect Average Joe from buying it and becoming a bag holder like the rest of us.
Most likely, ASX won't let it trade until the pirates have been removed from the board and new directors are installed who will act in the interests of shareholders.
