    They must have breached some serious rules for their casino license not to be renewed.

    Perhaps money laundering, or maybe they've pissed off someone with high governmental connection.

    This is likely to be a death knell for foreign casino investment in Vietnam. No one, knowing that Casino license can be terminate at such short notice, would invest millions or even billion dollars into Casino operation in Vietnam. no matter how profitable the operation maybe. such tragedy...
