for complete transparency I only hold a tiny amount of CFO and acquired it recently at just below current market levels. A few things concern me with this , 1) I hate late afternoon announcements , it doesn't give the market time to react properly and causes unnecessary speculation, and 'feels sneaky' 2)If the full review is in relation to a problem they have already seen I would have like that to be disclosed at the same time (i.e. if production/sales is lower than anticipated , don't hold that news back, or if everything is okay and it's just for the new guy to improve things , then say that!)

good points for me are , Alain Bouruet -Aubertot does have an impressive CV and with the share price where it is I don't think there's too much optomism priced in , and with D Placha's options not being granted that at least reduces dilution

interesting times ahead, my rating is hold and held , but I will offload on quite a small move up as I am not convinced by this one yet (can't see anything better that mid 30's for a while)
