so if it wasn't blatantly obvious before that our directors were not working in the best interest of ALL shareholders then this announcement shows it in spades, and it's now documented so more ammo for us, regardless of the fact that 1 Shareholder has 56%' ,more importantly 4000 shareholders and 44% disagree with the boards actions.
