Ann: Update on Notices under section 249D of the Corporations Act, page-4

Hear Hear My plea to the 52 - don't waste the ability to send out the blurb with the Notice of Meeting etc, stating all the reasons why these Directors should be punted. Lay it on thick for all to see and read. Also ensure a copy is lodged with the ASX so it remains in the archives and a matter of public record after they delist us. It will no doubt also be a good referral document for any future legal actions if the Directors drive this company towards Administration in 2022 with this ridiculous loan and share buyback version 2. Wonder if the Royal Commissioner into the banks would think this is a loan that should be sought by the borrower or provided by the lender.... highly doubt it. All in my opinion of course.
