This bit I find hilarious:
”Accordingly, unless the s249D Notices are withdrawn, the Company considers that the 52 minority shareholders who have combined to issue the s249D Notices will cause the Company to incur unnecessary costs.”
What about all of the ‘very expensive’ consultants/legal fees incurred as unecessary costs, to go up against the wishes of minority shareholders???
