Shareholders have not been or are not ill prepared, have you thought that this latest action by the company may be a blessing in disguise.
The legal system gives a right to defend and it is anyone's guess how much spill comes out of the can of worms when opened up.

The treatment of the farmers involved, and the non related party shareholders will eventually be played out in a public arena and lets all hope justice will prevail for all concerned.

ASIC and ASX have a lot to answer here, and PDF shareholders have spine just like over at FMS.
