In my opinion it means that we know where to dig but we can't put the rigs in because we need the permit. Price is likely to stay around this level until permit is granted. Yes its great giving an update from Ross. He didn't have too but is just reminding SH's to hold on, delays are out of their hands.... from my research and having looked back at the announcements I don't think we will be seeing any more crumbs.... like Dr J said and has been saying for a long time, it's a marathon not a sprint.... I think we are on the home stretch this year though.... big things to come from this little beauty! Always DYOR offcourse!
