This is right next to hun which when taken over had an mc of 450 mil (thereabouts) it was pointed out that hun's acreage was 23 times bigger. That alone should give this a much larger mc let alone the other 4-5 projects to be announced between now and jan. Granted there will be a cr but I imagine with potentially company making projects this is a great buy over the next month or two and the cr will be at much higher price.
