Makes sense. This is not an exciting announcement (not a bad announcement). My take is that this announcement is purely an update on the timeline of proessing R0D next week. Plus one of the highlights being the update on R0D mining plans.
My take is that if this announcement had dropped during trading a lot of people would have jumped ship. Whereas now investors/traders can read it and when they trade the emotion will be gone. All IMO. DYOR.
