I think they will do better than 2-3grams a tonnes from McNally's , but even if it grades 20g/t they still may not make a profit. High mining costs and a mill running well below capacity due to an inability to provide tonnes of ore. The mill is also not proven and has potentially issues with recoveries, although recoveries were not reported the company has indicated they were working to improve recoveries.
Even if McNally's is profitable where is more ore going to come from?
