Its only an indicator that there may be economic gold in the reef. Its quite likely they only used quartz reef material for this 10kg sample rather than a full cross section of a minable width. When it is diluted with the host diorite ( the dark material in the photos) which has very little or no gold, the g/t will not be as good. The next stage would be to run a minable width of the material through the mill to determine head grade. It will be interesting to see if they use some type of sorting to discard most of the diorite.
