Good, the TTW share price made the deal for MEI quite cruddy in the end.
I would wonder whether there was a clause in the agreement for MEI to require payment on the basis of the lesser price, which would, at this stage, probably give MEI a 20%+ holding in TTW.
Or perhaps TTW were just scared that MEI would sell down their price even further to cash out...
