So they need to submit additional data to apply for phase 1, if phase 1 had actually begun it would be a major selling point to investors and so would have been explicitly stated in the investor presentation and there would have been an ann to the tune of something like "Recce begins phase 1 clinical trials". IMO
Even the fact that such a large announcement is left open to interpretation is not a good sign IMO, would love to see more transparency in anns.
