Gilmore is very much on hold. Total focus is to complete financing of Pagbilao and Sengkang LNG. As I have said before, hopefully that financing will be a major catalyst for re-rating, but more importantly it means that Pagbilao and Sengkang can be completed asap, thereby generating cashflows++. I don't think management are wasting any time at all on lower priority pursuits/other distractions. Pagbilao has not "progressed" much in all the photos because we need the financing to do so.
