The progress on the core revenue generator, i.e. Pagbilao power, is poorer than I would have hoped. I would really prefer if management concentrated on getting the main project into commercial operation. I believe it is a waste of resources to put any money into Gilmore for example when cash is tight. All cash should be focused on the one project that can earn revenue as quickly as possible.
