The manufacturing deal with AGC was also plagued by delays. In that instance, RGS had nominated expected deal closure by 30 September 2016, but the deal wasn’t sealed and announced until after Xmas 2016. Maybe the shadow of a new year is the best deal signing season in Japan for zen type reasons?
