They have had to deal with multiple options to get the best possible outcome for the Japan deal, AGC wouldn’t allow a substandard deal to be signed as this will be a big one for the Japanese market alone, not to mention the other major markets we now have the tools (IP) in place for!

Just look at who AGC are and what their reach is, it goes much further than Japan and is much deeper than just the Japanese market from where our initial focus was.

This won’t take too much longer as first mover advantage is prime and the next trials need to get underway ASAP!
