if you look at the link and read the justice Bloomberg ruling, the comments on the former director of sanston are very damning. the attempts to become a director again were ruled on and very informative.
i would suggest both sanston itself never disclosed its issues and equally they never revealed to true background of the families involved ... as evidenced by the hong comment to my post..
