    Costs would be awarded to xstate on settlement, as part of the terms, separate to the settlement amount. So the answer to your question is that it is costing them 0. Do you have experience in legal matters, or running an Asx listed company? Didn't think so. Perhaps, just perhaps they have a slightly more educated view of what they are doing than you do, or what your opinion if what they are doing is. Do you hold shares in the company? Why don't you call them as ask them about legal costs, to hear it from the company themselves? Maybe somebody else can explain the pitfalls of litigation funding to you. I can't be bothered. Do you have any first hand experience with it?
