i wonder why its so important for this one poster here to paint this fake picture about there being nothing that can be recovered? and unsustantialed allegations about costs.. ??? if the defendants did not have assets then xstate would not be pursuing, xstate have never said the defendants have no assets, they have stated the defendants are evading the EJD process and being put to the torch by the court in the committal hearings , first Hong Hung Thiam and now Tanzil Hidayat.. that is all i see in the announcements..
