Lucky I think that there has been at least one poster on this forum whose first language is obviously not English and seems to have inside knowledge about the defendants .
He seemed to want to spread despair and defeatism amongst shareholders .
Connect the dots , stay strong , support the company in what they are trying to do .

I think that the defendants would not be comfortable explaining under oath how they have very few assets now but made multi million dollar commitments to buy shares in the not that distant past .
Especially the defendant that appears to have been an undisclosed bankrupt at the time .
May lift the veil on the deal that seems to have not made a lot of sense to me .
Could open a path for future legal action .

We may get a decent settlement yet .
The Singapore Courts are well respected .
