This is excellent news for the company, the behaviour of HHT appears to be that of someone hiding something. The court is motivated to expose the truth and pursue the WA decision. Our MC is just above $3m, if this chap has a couple of sheckles and doesn't want to be made bankrupt then we get a settlement for a couple million and bounce goes the SP, bounce, bounce, bounce.
Cosi can vend something accretive into the business and we're back.
Note: the directors have done a good job running the proceedings and the business on very low spend.
