Bayan Resources has undertaken to provide sufficient financial assistance to the Company as and when it is needed to enable the Company to continue its operations and fulfil all of its financial obligations now and in the future. The undertaking is provided for a minimum period of twelve months from the date of these financial statements. However, a material uncertainty exists regarding Bayan Resources' ability to provide that support, due to Bayan Resources having negative working capital at 31 December 2014 arising primarily from an outstanding bank loan which will mature in 2015.
