That's an unexpected outcome - albeit good in the long run I hope!
Looks like BPO did have some grounds and mediation usually is better than a "battle"
Would like to have seen more information re: shares issued to SLA for DA
DA has been terminated - does that mean SLA get's to keep the shares?
