Such a shame this can't be arbetraged.
Was bid up and closed at 37 in the US on 110k shares traded.
Our bid is at 31, 20% difference.
I suppose thats what you do when you drive by a new well and can smell the crude even with the windows up. Even better if the smell were to persist for a couple of hundred metres down the road.
